Terms of Service

Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Loadex mobile application ("Loadex," "the app," "the Service"), provided by the Loadex developer ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Loadex, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Loadex is a workout logging and training-analytics app. It helps you plan and log workouts, and — for features you opt into — suggests progression targets, autoregulates intensity using wearable data, and generates training-related summaries and insights from the workout data you log.

2. Not medical advice

Loadex is a training and fitness tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Calorie, readiness, and other estimates shown in the app are computed from your logged training data and are explicitly presented as estimates, not clinical measurements. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You use Loadex, and act on its suggestions, at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Loadex is not directed at children under 13. Where account sign-in is available, you're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the app outside of normal end-user functionality; not to attempt to access other users' data; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Loadex offers a free tier alongside optional paid subscription tiers. Where paid subscriptions are available, purchases are billed and auto-renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms, and processed via RevenueCat. Cancel any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

The Loadex app, its design, and its branding are owned by us. The exercise catalogue bundled with Loadex is sourced in part from the wger open exercise database. Your own logged training data belongs to you.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Loadex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury sustained while training. Your training decisions, and any resulting injury, remain your responsibility.

8. Termination

You may stop using Loadex at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Loadex's features change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes.
