Delete your account & data

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Loadex is a local-first fitness app: by default your training data lives on your device, not on our servers. Because of that, there are a couple of different ways to delete your data depending on whether you ever signed in or turned on cloud backup. This page explains each one, and how to reach us if you'd rather we handle it.

1. If you never signed in (data on your device only)

You don't have an account. All of your workouts, session history, and settings are stored locally on your device. To remove everything, simply uninstall the Loadex app, which deletes the on-device database and all locally stored data with it.

You can also clear individual data (workouts, programs, logged sessions) from inside the app at any time.

2. If you signed in or enabled cloud backup

If you created an account with Google or Apple sign-in, or turned on cloud backup, some data (your account identifier and your synced training history) is also stored with our backend provider, Firebase (Google). To delete your account and everything associated with it:

  1. Open the Loadex app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your cloud backup, signs you out, removes your Loadex authentication record, and wipes the training data stored on your device. This action cannot be undone.

3. Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, or you'd prefer that we process the deletion for you, email us at support@loadexlift.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account & data deletion request.” We'll verify your request and delete your account and associated cloud data within 30 days.

4. What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account removes: your account identifier, your synced training history (workout blueprints, logged sessions, and sets), and your subscription entitlement association. On-device data is wiped as part of the in-app deletion.

We may retain a minimal, anonymized record of a completed deletion request, and any records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for tax and accounting purposes). Purchase and subscription records are controlled by the App Store or Google Play: manage or cancel a subscription through your store account.
